What's even more strange is this mysterious figure that wants to bring back Jean Grey in order to use her Phoenix Force for a dastardly plot. The world is in utter disarray, but we humans are resilient and we've managed survive a plague, the likes of which we haven't seen. It's been nearly 100 years after that, and the horrors seem to be long gone. Our story picks up when a group of venture capitalists decided to fund an expedition to recover lost artifacts of the old world. Actually, they were dragged into it. They only had enough money to hire and handful of people, and not too quality of people at that. Despite what you may think, this is a lighthearted action-adventure story with the backdrop of a post-apocalyptic world.
