Dylan is a troubled kid who seems to get into trouble a lot. His single-mother tries her best and he respects her for it. He's just carrying a lot of weight from the fact that his father abandoned him and his mom. One day he comes home to find out that his dad died. He couldn't care less, until the reading of his father's will. His father left him a stone called the sun stone, which turns him into New Orleans' greatest superhero, Rogue Sun. Turns out, Dylan's dad is the loved-by-all superhero. Now he's gotta clean up the mess his dad's death made all while figuring out how to be a hero. Welcome to this comic, Rogue Sun by Ryan Parrot. The world is in utter disarray, but we humans are resilient and we've managed survive a plague, the likes of which we haven't seen. It's been nearly 100 years after that, and the horrors seem to be long gone. Our story picks up when a group of venture capitalists decided to fund an expedition to recover lost artifacts of the old world. Actually, they were dragged into it. They only had enough money to hire and handful of people, and not too quality of people at that. Despite what you may think, this is a lighthearted action-adventure story with the backdrop of a post-apocalyptic world.
